Paul was a trial lawyer in West Palm Beach for thirty years before he retired in 2009, at the age of 54, to pursue his dream of writing Christian based, fictional legal novels. His first novel, "Faith Beyond The Trials," was published in December 2009. His second novel, "Trials of Hope," was recently published. Since his retirement, Paul has also spoken at various churches and civic group meetings on faith based topics, as well as on various subjects dealing with his experiences in the legal system and becoming an author. He is available for speaking engagements relating to any of those areas.

"Faith Beyond The Trials" - a Christian based, fictional legal novel which follows the lives of Palm Beach attorney John Taylor and his wife Anna, who works as an elementary school teacher. The legal issues in the book center upon drinking and driving.

"Trials of Hope" - is also a Christian based, fictional legal novel. "Trials of Hope" is a sequel to "Faith Beyond The Trials" and continues to follow the lives of John and Anna Taylor. The legal issues center upon a high stakes will contest between two siblings who are acrimonious rivals.

Both of Paul's books are intended to be inspirational novels of faith, hope, love, and law.
